To Whom It May Concern:
RE: Highland Travels, N-29, Connaught Circus, Opp. DSIDC, New Delhi, India
I write to recommend the family run business 'Highland Travels' based in New Delhi, India. Late last year I traveled to Delhi and Kashmir. I used this company and found the level of service and fees charged above reproach.
Their professionalism and integrity was a welcome change from many of the tour operators I have encountered in my many visits to India. On many occasions I changed my plans at short notice and was always accommodated by the team at Highland travels. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they truly went out of their way to make sure it was a most enjoyable trip.
In closing, I cannot recommend Highland Travels highly enough. For a smooth, hassle free trip to Northern India your readers could not do better than contacting this company.
Sincerely yours,
Steven McKeown

Hello Jhan,
I was given your email by Karen Bartsh, a dear family friend of mine who recently visited the north of India and raved about the service Highland Travels (and particularly yourself) provided for them during their stay.
Myself and a friend are travelling from Australia to India in three week's time and arrive in Chennai on January 10th 2009. We only have 20 days in which to explore your fine country and intend to spend approximately the first 10 days in the south and the following 10 days in the north. In order to expediate this process and attempt to fit anything in, I wish to enquire about hiring the services of a driver for a couple of stints between places.
At this stage we would like to hire a driver from 11th January to 15th January to take us from Chennai to Puducherry to Hampi to Goa. Do you have any drivers available during that time in the south and what costs are we looking at per day for such a journey?
We have not finalised our plans for the north of India, but plan to to take the train from Goa up to the north and then probably hire another driver to take us around the golden triangle and possibly other areas. This section of our journey would fall somewhere between 21st January and 29th January before we return to Australia on 30th January. We may not require a driver for this entire time but at least some of it. Do you have any drivers available during this period?
Kind regards and I eagerly anticipate your response.

Dear Noor and Nazir and family,
How are you all?? How is business?
Thank you for looking after my friends, they were very happy with their time with you.
I will always send business your way when I know of people going to India. I have always been grateful for your help and kindness when I was in India.
Life is busy for me with the Buddhist Centre. We are about to buy a property for
the centre.A woman has kindly donated money to help establish our Centre. There
are now 2 study groups in other parts of Australia I visit sometimes.
I have been to America 2 times since I saw you last...so its very hard to fit in
India, but I hope to get there sometime soon and see you all.
I haven't heard anything from Marie for a long time, but if she turns up say hallo and ask her to e.mail or write to me please.I know things have been difficult for Noor with Marie and I am sorry for that.I know you all have a good heart.
Well I wish you all well and hope to hear from you again.
